The purpose of the meeting was to organize a local chap ter of the Trinity olIBe Alumni As sociation. Several of the counties of the State are following out the general plan of organization and work out lined at the last general meeting of the association. The object of this organization Is to bring the members of the same community, who are graduates or old students of the col lege, Into closer union with each oth er. Another purpose of this organiza tion Is to extend the Influences of the college. Officers were elected as fol lows: President, Dr. A. Wm.'lard; Vice president.
