Yates Webb, Representative of this district In Congress, relative to the filling of vacancies created In tho marine corps by recent IcgisU tion: I have the honor to Inform you that as the result of recent legisla tion there now exists In the United States marine corps fifty-seven vacan cies in the grnda of second lieutenant.
