In Concord, after about a , year s Illness 'itn rsrignt s oisease. About two years ago he suffered a stroke of paralysis. He had lived for years near Newells but had gone to Concord a number of months ago. The funeral will be held this after noon In' Concord at 4 o'clock. He was a member of 'he Methodist church. Mr Farrow wag Dorn In Charlotte 0 years ago, being a son of Rev. Thorns Farroy. a Methodist minister, and his wife, who was Miss Mary Har rison, daughter of Mr. Samuel Harri son. He Is survived oy his wife, who was Miss Virginia Morris; two sons. Messrs. WlllUm. of Charlotte, and Marlon and three daughters, the eld est of whom is Mrs. Morris. About twenty-five veers ago, Mr. Farrow was a prominent and well known cltlien of Charlotte. He de voted himself for a vhlle to farm ing, a eld of endeavor In which he applied himself Industriously and In telligently. He was 'or many years a deputy sheriff under Sheriff M. E. Alexander and made a faithful and efficient official. Mr. Farrow his numerous relatives In this section. Mrs. 'fary E. Asbury. of thte -city.. Is -his alster, , Sheriff, .N. W. Wallace, of Charlotte. Is a first cousin. Mr. Wallace spent yesterday In Concord, and Mr. T. Harry Asbury will go to Concord to-day, his mother not being able to attend. Mr. Farrow was a man of many lovable qualities of character which won him wide popularity. Fetr bad more friends.
