The balloting in the several wards will commence ia the morning at 10 o'clock and continue through out the afternoon and evening until g o'clock, when the polls will close. The official count will then be made. The registration books closed yester day afternoon at sunset. In order that there may be no confusion as to the polling places, it should be borne in mind that they are the same as in the recent charter election, with the same registrars and judges in charge.
