Aged Mother of Mrs, X A. Robinson, of Providence, TaOoes Away In Fort 3I1U. S. C. Was S3 . Years of Age. Mrs. Ann Oliver Parks, aged 81 years, died at the home of her daugh tsr. Mrs. J. A. Boyd, in Fort Mill. & C. yesterday morning after an 111 ness of about two weeks. Three children survive her, Mesdamea R. A. Miller,' of Lowell; L. A. Robinson, of Providence and J. A. Boyd, of Fort Mill. Mrs Parks was an aunt of Mr. John B. Ross, of this city, and also of Mrs. R. M. Miller, Jr.. Mrs. L. D. Hargrave, Miss Eldora Ross and Mr. Baxter Roas. Mrs. Mary Matthews of Monroe, la a sister. The funeral will take place in Fort Mill this morning. Mrs. Parks was the widow of the late Mr. H. L. Parks, of Providence township, and one of the best beloved and most es tlmable women In the county. She was a life-long member of the Prov ldence Presbyterian church. Mr. Miller Gallant Arrives Safely. Mr. Miller Gallant, who left Annls ton, Ala., last Friday week for Char lotte, en route through the country driving a horse and buggy, arrived home Sunday. He says that he en Joyed the trip Immensely, although it was an exceedingly tiresome one. The trip of over 400 miles was made without a mishap.
