One of prettiest pre-nuptial events of the the season was the party Friday after noon given by M 'sa Marguerite Halla day in honor of Miss Mamie Walker and Miss Kllen Brandt, both of whom are brides of the near future. The Halladdy home was beautifully, decorated, a olor scheme of pink and white being c arried out by many cut flowers and pink and white hearts festooned in every conceivable por tion of the house. Progressive hearts was the feature of the afternoon.
