TRAFFIC- RESCMETV After Paasengers Had Bern Transv femd. tat JAoreahead Street, Bridge) For Greaser Part of the Day, Temporary BspsJr Is Effected. The break in. the overhead bridgV which, spans ,tbe eouthera Railway tracks on Morehead street, occurring Friday night at midnight, was tempore arily repaired yesterday afternoon and trafflo was resumed after a sus pension of mors than twelve hours. During the whole of the earlier part of the day ' passengers wra trans ferred at the bridge, which spans, a cut about 9 feet deep. The theory of the street car people Is that the effect was produced by the action of smoke from passins railway locomo tives on the Iron work of the bridge. This would appear to be infinitesimal, bnt it Is held, that, continued through long years, it would make Itself felt. The bridge will be given continued attention until the break In the iron work is permanently repaired. Rev. Mr. TJp Work Carson Takes Here. Rey. E. O.
