The building when fin ished will be one of the handsomest in the South. The meeting of the executive board of the city of Charlotte wUl be held at the city hall to-night. The prime purpose of the meeting Is to consider the charges of 111 treatment which have been lodged against Chief of Police T. M. Christenbury by the attorneys of Jess Thompson. Within the next 10 days County Superintendent of Education R. J. Cochran, expects to have the entire faculty of all of. the leading high schools o fthe county filled.
