Harrington’s Warning Good News to Sorne, Bad to Others Despite 'age-old maxims, what’s good for the goose' isn't always' so fine for the gander and Tax Col lector Bill Harrington this, week has a message that will be royally received by prompt taxpayers ‘but will be frowned upon by those who are continually trying to squirm out of paying taxes. Prompt taxpayers will we’come tbi'3 warning, which isn’t directed to them at all, because making clean sweep of the levy will eventually moan lower rates and their share of the -tax burden will be reduced.
