Board at its next mooting.

tigate the tax list of Norman Hall
mads report, and the Board orders
that the sum of one hundred dollars
bo allowed as redaction on list for
house burned and that the Hst be ch
anged to add two* hundred dollars
fof improvements made on buildings

the report of the Cleric of Superior
Court has been checked and found
correct and the committee is dischar

On motion and carried the Board
votaa to make the proposition to O.
H. Lewis and to instruct the co&nty
attorney to collect the sum of live
dollars per month form the said Law
is untQ the sum of one hundred end
twenty eight dollars has been reim
bursed to the county for the amount
paid A. C. Vann for sheep killed by
Lewis's dogs.
The Clejrk is instructed to send the
statement of account for hire of pri
soners to Mr. B. C. Bridger.
The county attorney made state
ment to the Board that Mr. Jno. E.
Vann, administrator, agrees that re
port will bo made on Carter's estate
by the next meeting of the Board.
The -Board instructs the Clerk to
. investigate several tracts of land -re.
ported unlisted and to have same put
on the tax list for taxation.
Upon motion and, carried, the board
votes to allow a reduction of $269
en let in Winton listed to J. Wilson
Parker, making same read $760.
The Board orders the clerk to noti
fy the jury that investigated the kill
ing of sheep of R. A. Holloman, that
the name of Hurdle reported as own
ing the dogs, was in error as Hurdle
proved that he owned no dogs, end
that they be requested to investigate
further, and andeavor to ascertain
the correct owner of the dogs.
W. L. Earley reports to the Board
that he intended to list >6 heads of
sheep for 1921, in Moneys Nock tow
nship, and requested that they be list
ed end the Board orders that the tax
as be computed on same at e valua
tion of $3.60 each, and he wis re
_ habursed for the three killed, at that
price.
The Board instructed the Clerk to
make statement of amount due by the
Road Commission' to the Board of
County Commissioners, and to present
same at the next meeting of the Board
of Road Commissioners and request
that the amount be paid.
The Board, upon motion and car
ried, orders that contract be entered
into with the State Board of Health
for anti-typhoid and diptheria treat
ment for the coming season, die coun
ty to pay to the state the sum of eight
and one-third cents for each dose ad
ministered; Treatment to be free to
the people of the county.
