The graded school students and
many citisens of the town plunged in
to a pretty warm contest last week,
the proceeds of which will go toward
raising a soldier's marker at Winton.
It is hoped that all who did not res
pond at that time wil do so at once.
Is there a cause more noble? Or one
that should appeal more directly to
the hearts of everybody?
Little Miss Virginia Bridger of
near Murfreesboro, was a week-end
guest of little Miss Olivia BenthaH,
