Mr. Jus tice, who was at work on a building, fell from a scaffold, and was to se riously injured as to threaten his death. He was still living Wednes day night, but in a "ery critical condition. The Tobacco Breaxs Yesterday were very heavy at all the warehouses, and prices were stifler, in genaral, than for several days. And loads of it continue to come in, both by rati and wagon. Our tobacco market is certainly booming now, both as to sales and good prices, and our planters are correspondingly happy. Marriage of an Editor. Standards bearing the names of the States of the Unioia were scattered through Chickering Hall at 10:30 this morn ing when the doors were thrown open for the first National Republi can Club Convention.
