Railway officials yesterday brought the information from Spartanburg that 'Aus iLambert; , the slayer of Engineer . Bum garner, had been arrested and was in jail at that place, together with, his two com panions, -who were keeping him company. The railway officials were positive in1 their statements that the prisoner was the right man. It was stated that the capture was effected without firing a shot, the men be ing taken unawares.
