Wilmington, N. C, May 6. Wilming ton is to have another big cotton mill. It is being directed by a $250,000 stock company, headed by E. C. Holt. The company has one hundred acres of land, and it ia expected that the capital stock will be at least doubled within a few years. For the present there will be 1500 spindles and 500 iooms oper ated. The plant will be completed by January 1, 1900, aDd will give employ- nient to 300 operatives.
