The Indictments had lalt on his desk, bearing the seal of th federal grand Jury since August 29 when they were handed down. ; : The testimony of Mrs. Helen Dwellt Jenkins, the woman with whom Allei Is said to have quarreled and broke) his friendship not long ago, is said t have formed the foundation upoi which the true bills were found.
