The place Is Ideally situated for such a purpose, being five and a halt miles from Asheville and lying along the Weavervllle car line. The con sideration paid was $10,000. Contracts have already been let for cutting timber on a part of the tract, converting it Into lumber for the con struction of barns of sufficient size to start the dairy with 100 milch cows This work will begin by Monday and will go rapidly forward. Mr. Brown oxpects everything to be in readiness for the opening of the dairy by Jan uary. Improvements, however, will not stop then and the work of putting the land into cultivation and the enlarg ing of the plant will continue until its capacity Is reached.
