Among the sentences imposed were the following: frank Wackwell, $15 and costs for cruelty to animals. Foster irr, 12 months for larceny; Stanley Forney, 12 months on the same charge in two cases. Dolph Nichols, three months for larceny. Thomas Williams, two months for retailing. Yesterday afternoon o. t Mills was given a sentence of 16 months on a false pretense charge, and a number of miscellaneous cases disposed of. The trial of the case of Claude (ioodlake, charged with the seduction of Euha l.uthers, who recently com mitted suicide, was set for Thursday, and the trial of Walter Holland, charged with killing J. No judgments were entered.
