Death of an Infant.
Ernest I. Clancy, Jr., the seven
weeks old son of Mr. and Mrs. E. I.
Clancey of Chicago, who have spent
the summer and fail here, died yes
terday afternoon at 68 North Main
street, after a short Illness. Appar
ently the baby had been unusually
well until 24 hours before Ita death.
Mr. and Mra. Clancy have the sincere
sympathy of many friends whom they
have made In Asheville. The Inter
ment took place thH morning.
