The presbytery having been duly organiz ed, the ordination sermon was preach ed by the Ifev. J. H. Dr. Thomas Iwrence offered the ordination prayer, after which the address to the candidate was made by the moderator, Mr 'Smith has labor ed during his vacations us a theologi cal student and has been appointed to relieve Dr. Kind ley of Marshall In his widely extended field.
