Col.iDeitzIer, of the Kansaa First, in command at Lexington, announces, by General Order, that the rebel assassins lurk in ambush and fire upon Union sol diers. ' He has, therefore, ordered to be arrested, a large number of wealthy seces sionists, wko give aid and comfort to Price's army, whom he holds responsible for the good behavior of their hirelings, and says, the assassination of one man ot his command in this manner will be fol lowed by.the shooting or hanging of five of I these wealthy rebels.
