of 21,850 square feet. The block on which it is
located is forly rods square, and contains ten acres of
grvund around which a lofty wall has already been
erected, to be surmounted by an iron railing manu
factured by the Mormons themselves at their iron
works in Iron county, Utah Territory. The Tem
ple building will have a length of 186j feel east
and west, including towers, of which there are
three at the east end and three at the weat, and
the width will be ninety-nine feet. The northern
and southern walls are eight feet thick. The tov-.
ers spoken of above are cylindrical, surmounted
by octagon turrets and having inside spiral stair
ways leading to the battlements. Besides these,
there arc four other towers on the four principal
corners of the building, squara in lorvj, and ter
minating in spires. On the western end will be
placed in otto relievo the great Dipper or Ursa

there will be in the basement a baptismal lont 57
feet long by 35 feet wide, and on the first floor, a
large hall, 120 feet long, by 80 feet wide; while
on the third floor there will be another of;hesamc

purposes. Around the outside of the building will
be a promenade from eleven to twenty. two feet

Dr. M'Lank's Liver Pill. This great medicine
has supplanted all others for the cure of diseases of the
Liver. Its effects are so salutary and speedy, and at
the same time so perfectly safe, that it is not surpris
ing it should supersede all others Invented by a very
distinguished physician of Virginia, who practiced in
region of country in which Hepaf is, or Liver Com
plaint, is peculiarly formidable and common, and who
had spent years ii. discovering the ingredients and pro
portioning their quautitieg, these Pills are peculiarly
adapted to every form of the disease, ami never fail to
alleviate the most obstinate cases of that terrible com
plaint. They have jutly become celebrated; and the I
researches of Dr. M'Lane have placed his name among J
the benefactors of mankind. No one having symptoms ,
of this formidable complaint, should be without these !
invaluable Pills. Have you a pain in the right side, 1
