FLORIDA LAND AGENCY.
THE undersigned l as established an agency in the
J. town of Ailigator, Columbia County, Fla., for the
purchase, ssic or location of '.and Warrants, the pur
chase and sa e ol lands generally, improved and unim
proved. The fact now feing established that a Kail
Upad is to be constructed immediately, connecting the
Atlantic and (Julf of Mexico, riming through the entire
length of the comity, Mast and West, ant in view ot
the great fertility ofoursoi , the unusually fine growth
of pine timber on the laud, the bealtbfu ness of" the
climate, and the reasonab e terms on which .ands can
now be obtained, there is perhaps no section of the
Union w hich affords equai inducements to th emigrant
rrom the older "states. Having had some experience in
farming on the different kinds ol land, and acquired a
general knowledge ot them throughout the county, and
having acquired unusual acil ities for point, ng out such
i as are lor sal eitiier oi puoiic or private lantis, ne
feels very confident f making it the interest of all
persons wishing inforn at ion, or who may have deter
