TtlE Subscribers having witnessed the success ful operation of these wheols, were induced to pur chase the right of using: them in the state of North Carolina; and thev now ofler for sale individual rights, at FIFTY dollars, or rights for a whole county, on reasonable terms. Besides bein generally adopted in the Northern States, these wheels arc coming into general use in the southern States. We have sold about 100 Rights, 30 of which are in successful operation in Cumberland county. Thesa wheels are more durable, and more easily kept in order when properly put together than the flutter wheel.
