The beans shall be of the very best quality, sound and good, and shall be of the crop immediately preced ing the dates or the requisition tor the same. The raisins shall be of the best quality of bunch rais ins, and of the latest crop immediately preceding the dates of the requisition for the same, and shall be de livered in gooei, substantial uoxes, ana, alter inspec tion, be hooped at each end at the expense of the con tractor. The dried apples shall be of the best quality, and shall be prepared by sun-drying only, and shall be ot the crop ot the autumn immediately preceding the dates ot the requisitions for the same. The soap shall be manufactured irom cocoanut o:l, and be of the best quality denominated White Salt water Soau," and be delivered in good strong boxes of anout seventv-hve pounds each; and, alter impaction the boxes will be honptd at each tnd at the eajJinse vj the contractor.
