A man who registered at the Palace hotel, Hoboken, at eleven o'clock last night as Wilson Veleres, of Trenton, N. J., was found in a dying condition in his room to night. According to the police of Hoboken, the man has been identified as Benedict Gimbel, the Philadelphia millionaire, who was arrested here yesterday and later admitted to bail on the double charge of improper conduct and at tempted bribery of a police -officer.
