Ply ler, who has been preaching some very able and effective sermons, the past two weeks, left yesterday for his home in Weaverville. and the pastor is being as sisted by Rev. J. H. Shore, of Franklin ton. His sermon on Wednesday night, which was listened to by a large congre gation was a most powerful one, and stirred bis bearers and put them to think ing.
