Methodist church here, left Wednes

ey's work here the past year has been

wife and family have won many

Quiet Marriage.
A quiet but very pretty wedding
took place Thursday afternoon,. No
vember the fourteenth at 5 o'clock, at
the home of Mr. Ellis W. Edwards,

bride of Leonard Homer Whitley, Jr.

killed James Sherrod, another negro,

A "cake voting" was held, or rather
