IN KEMOBIAX On Monday afternoon about 3:30 o'clock, February 16, 19?6, our Heav enly Father In His night from Heav en to earth came to the bedside of Mr. W. W. Hart and claimed him for his own. For over a year death hovered close by his side and what he suffered no mortal tongue can tell. But may Qod's will be done. It is not for us to question why he was taken from us in the hour we needed him most but the Lord knows best for He does all things well. Our hearts are filled with sorrow at his going but we rejoice In the hope that we know It is well with his soul. He was a sweet spirited con secrated christian, and a devoted hus band, whose chief pleasures in his life was to minister to his family and bis greatest joy lay In doing good to others. He always looked for an op portunity to help someone In trouble. He always looked for the good In every one, and was loved by all who knew him. He leaves to mourn his loss a devoted wife and son, four sis- j .era, and five brothers, and a host of, relatives and friends. He was laid .to rest in Flat Rock eemetery, the funeral services being [ conducted by his pastor Rev. C. B.' Howard, assisted by Rev's. J. F. Mit :hiner, A. A. Pippin and L. R. Evans. The pall bearers were his nephews, '.he flower glrla his nieces. The floral tribute was especially beautiful. THE ONE WHO LOVED HIM BEST The man who wrote "consistency, thou art a jewel,1' surely knew the ways of the world. The senate voted to shut off its own sir. The country ought to realise that this was a sacrifice. The objection to a revolver Is that It is always in a convenient place at the wrong time. Winner Theatre Lonisbnrg, N. C.
