With Congress out ot the way as the fo cus of public attention, for the time being, Washington is relax ing by paying more attention to the doings and personalities of mep and women whose functions are not primarily political. Somebody raised the question around the table at the National Press Club, as to who is the hard est-working member of the Presi dent's Cabinet. After a very brief discussion there was unanimous agreement that that honor goes to Harold W. Xckes, Secretary of the Interior. Certainly no other Cabinet member has so many jobs.
