3 The winners' of the awards shall
be decided by their credits, said

merchants and upon payments
of subscriptions to The FRANK
LIN TIMES. Participating bus
iness concerns will issue one
coupon upon each 50 cents cash
purchase or upon payment of
any account.
4~ CREDITS ARE NOT TRANS
