MELTS OFF POUNDS
This simple, well-designed dress
(8430) has lines that melt the
pounds from your appearance.
More than that, it's a sensibly
youthful style with spirited fresh
ness and charm.
The flaring revers and frills
look so gay and young, and pro
vide exactly the right way for a
large woman to wear the smart
"touch of white" without any sug
gestion of fussiness. Make this of
flat crepe, faill, small-figured
print or thin wool, and see If it
doesn't earn you many compli
ments.
Pattern No. 8430 is designed
for sizes 36. 38, 40. 42. 44, 46,
50 and 52.
Pattern 8441 ? It's such a pretty
dress, so gay and spring-like! Girls
will adore it because the tiny waist
and the square necked puff-sleev
ed bodice have a delightfully j
grown-up flavor.
This dress will be pretty in any
fabric, so long as it's taffeta. But
other possibilities are flat crepe. j
organdy and dotted Swiss.
Designed for sizes: 10, 12, 14
and 16 years.
