Recorder's Court Franklin Recorders Court held a short session on Tuesday and disposed of several cases as fol lows: Joe Davis plead guilty to care less and reckless driving and was given 6 months on roads, suspend ed upon payment of $25 fine and costs and not to violate any laws for two years. A. E. Tillle plead guilty to operating automobile intoxicated, judgment suspended upon pay ment of $50 fine and costs, and nob to operate a car for 12 months. James Smithwlck found guilty of assault with deadly weapon, Judgment suspended upon pay ment of costs. Peter Winston found not guilty of abandonment and non-support.
