M. and Sunset, Tues day, February 20, 1940, at which there will be submitted to the qualified voters of the Town of Youngsville t<he following ques tions: 1. Shall an ordinance passed January 18, 1940, authorizing not exceeding $16,000 bonds of the Town of Youngsvllle for construc ting a waterworks system for said Town, and a tax for said bonds, be approved? . 2. Shall an ordinance passed January 18, 1940, authorizing not exceeding $12,000 bonds of the Town of Youngsvllle for construc ting a sanitary sewer system for said Town, and a tax for said bonds, be approved? Each of the two questions here inabove set forth contains a state ment of the purpose for which the bonds are authorized by the ordi nance referred to in such, ques tion. If said bonds are issued, a lax will be levied for the payment of the principal and interest* thereof on all taxable property in the Town of Youngsvllle. For said election the regular registration bookB for elections in said Town shall be used and such books shall be open for the reg istration of voters not theretofore registered, froA 9 A. M. until sun seti on each day except Sundays and holidays, beginning Saturday, January 27, 1940 and closing Sat urday, February 10, 1940. On each Saturday during said period said books shall remain open at the polling place. That bhe Town of Youngsrille issue its bonds pur suant to the Municipal Finance Act, as amended, in an amount not exceeding $12,000 for the purpose of constructing a sanitary sewer system for said Town. Section 2. That a tax suffic ient to pay the principal and in terest ot said kbnds shall be an nually' levied and collected. Section 3. That a statement ot the debt of the Town has been filed with the Clerk and is open bo public inspection. Section 4. That this ordinance shall take effect when approved by the voters of the Town at an election as provided by law. The foregoing ordinance was passed on the 18th day ot Janu ary, 1940 and was first published on the 19th day ot January, 1940.
