seeding of 10.000 acres of small <
grains to be harvested with com-j
bine, and (2) to promote new I
seeding of lO.'lioO acres of annual
lespedeza. To accomplish this
goal each farmer in Franklin
County Is urged to seed for har
vest with combine or thrasher 1.0
acre of wheat, oat? or barley for
each 3.0 acres of corn seeded this
summer, or each family in Frank
Mn County Including owner, oper
ator and teuant families to re
seed 3.0 acres of wheat, oats or
barley to be combined or thrash
ed. The lespedeza goal may be
accomplished by interplantlng les
pedeza in the small grains during j
March and April.

between 7 A. M. and Sunset, Eas
tern Standard Time. Tuesday, Oc
tober 8, 1940, at wliich there will
be submitted to the qualified vo
ters of the Town of Buun the fol
lowing questions:
1. Shall an ordinance passed
September 2. 1!>40, authorizing
the issuance of not exceeding
$16,000 bonds of the Town of
Kuun for the purpose of paying
the cost of constructing a water;
works system for said Town of
Runn. and a tax for said bonds,
be approved?
2. Shall an ordinance passed
September 2. 11140. authorizing
the issuance of not exceeding
$8,000 bonds of the Town of
Bunn for the purpose of paying;
the cost of constructing a sanitary
sewer system for said Town of!
Bunn. and a tax for said bonds, |
be approved?
Each of the questions herein- \
above set forth contains a state- !
nient of tihe purpose for which !
the bonds are authorized by the
ordinance referred to in such ?
questions. If said bonds are issued!
a tax will be levied for the pay
ment of the principal and inter
est thereof on all taxable proper
ty in the Town of Bunn.
For said election the regular
registration books for elections in
said Town shall be used, and such
books shall be open for the reg
istration of voters not theretofore
