Beginning January 1 , 1 941
The last Legislature passed a state-wide law changing the Tax
Listing time from April back to January. That will be next month,
January, 1941. You will take notice of this and list your property and
give in your poll during January, 1941, and save the penalty begin
ning February 1st, 1941.
The tax listers for the ten townships of Franklin County who will
be at various listing places during the month of January, 1941, to meet
all property owners and list taxes of all kinds within the said town
ships as required by law are as follows:
