Alpha Pi Eptilon The Alpha Pi Epsllon Secretar ial scholastic fraternity of Louis- 1 burg College beld its annual j Christmas party on Thursday { evening last. Miss Alice Cahill, the President, was in charge of ; the program which consisted ofj a round table discussion of the1 Christmas customs of the people of other lands than ours. After the program, the group joined in singing carols and playing games. Each member received a gift from t<be lighted Christmas tree and the club presented the sponsor. Mrs. Margaret Kilbv with an ice cube tub filled with candy. Light re freshments were served. Those present were: Miss Alice Cahill. Miss Delia Mae Lewis, Miss Laurel Ballard. Miss Edna Gfllis, Mr. Joseph Newsom. Mr. Isaac Reynolds. Miss Louise Tur-| ner, and Professor and Mrs. V. R. Kilby. The Faculty Tbe fatuity as well as t-he stu dents of Louisburg College will, in general, be away from tbe col-, lege hill during the Christmas holidays. However. Dr. and Mrs.' Walter Patten. Prof, and Mrs. I. D. Moon. All's. Stella Culpepper. Prof, and Mrs. J. I?. Cameron. Prof, and Mrs. W. 1. Shope. Mrs. Elsie Craig Yarljorough, and Pro-' feasor J. B. Because of the fact that Prof. Woodali is the proud possessor of a new flying machine, the gift of his students, he is expected to take a trip to Massachusetts, and elsewhere. Dr. and Mrs T. C. Byerly, Professor of Music at Louisburg College gave a broadcast from WPTF at Raleigh, North Caro lina. The Chrbtnuis Dinner Party On Tuesday evening. Decem ber 17th, at six o'clock, the Jun ior Class of Louisburg College gave a formal dinner in honor of the faculty and senior clas.s of the college in the college dining bull. The dining hall was attractively decorated to carry out the Christ mas motif. The following pro gram was carried out during the dinner: "Praise Clod From Whom AH Blessings Flow."
