Cypress Has New Pastor Cypress Baptist Church In the Seven Paths community has a new Paator, the Rev. Coleman Thomas./ - ? \ JL d ?? ?jm*' REV C. THOMAS Rev. and Mrs. Thomas with their three sons, Phil, Tommy and Ernest, moved Into the parsonage early In June. Rev.* Thomas Is presently In his second year at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary In Wake Forest, having grad uated from Chowan and East Carolina College. He Is a native of Windsor and was ordained into the Ministry Sunday even ing, In a special service held In his home church, Greens Cross Baptist, where the Rev. Joseph Lang Is pastor. Several people from Cypress Church attended the ordination Service, and three deacons - Messrs L. S. Gay, MelvlnNelms and Clarence Moore - partici pated 1? thejaylng on of hands.
