First--always keep a very simple hair-do, the shorter the better. Try to avoid wisps and straggling ends. Wash, shampoo and mass age your scalp as often as possible. Protect your hair from over exposure to the sun. The hair can be terribly damaged by too much sun, a (act that is too often over looked because it does not cause any pain. Go easy on makeup. Never over do eye glamor or sun tan from a jar. Wear your sun glasses out-doors, but not in doors. Keep your glasses spot lessly clean and free from scratches. Wear fresh light cologne in favor of heavy mushy per fume. Cotton is a cool fabric that washes easily. Choose under garments of cotton for hot summer days. Stockings are uncomfortable but sometimes necessary. Often you can get away with a light coat of leg -makeup. Always wear little cotton or nylon footies to protect your feet and your shoes when wearing pumps. PETlYELITE $58?
