Boone went to Cullowhee Friday to get his son Don who had attended five weeks summer school there. Mr. Tommy Layton from Rocky Mount visited Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Layton Sunday afternoon. Dr. and Mrs. James M. Leatherwood and daughter Janet came Monday afternoon and stayed for the evening meal. Mrs. Leather wood is the Layton's daugh ter, Joyce. Mr. and Mrs. Larry Rober son and daughter. Wendy Renee from Raleigh. Mrs. Eli zabeth Layton and Miss Ernes tine Layton all had supper Sunday night with Mr. and Mrs. W. T. Boone. Gary Wicks and Dusty Wescott from Durham came home with Mrs. Norman Wicks Sunday night and stay ed until the middle of the week. Mrs. Wicks had visited Mr. Wicks at the convalescent center and also in the Harold Wicks home Sunday. Mr. Ricky Carden came home Tuesday from Duke Hospital in Durham and Miss Lynn Woody from Franklin Memorial Hospital in Louis burg. Mr. John Woody came home Tuesday, he had been attending a Home Mission's Conference at Ridgecrest since Thursday. Mrs. Dorothy Norris and girls, Dianne and Louann, from Butner were weekend guests in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Onnie Bowden.
