mortgagers respectively named in the
mortgages following, executed to the Cape
Fear Building Association, viz:
A mortgage executed by Isaac Lilly and
wife, bearing date 7th day of Oct., 1870. and
registered in tho Register's office of New
Hanover county. In book A A A, page 30S.
And two mortgage executed by William A.
Jordan and wife Maria, one bearing date the
11th day of May, 1870, and registered as afore
