All vessels from Ports South of Caps Fear will come to at the Visiting Station near "Deep Water Point," and await the inspection ot the yuarannne rnysician. 2d. All vessels having sickness on board on arrival, or having had sickness during the vpyaare, ae required to come to the Station for inspection, without regard to the Fort lrom whence they saueu. 3d. Vessels not included as above will proceed to Wilmington without detention. 4th. Pilots are especially enioTncd to make careful enquiry, and if not satisfied with the statements of the Captain, or it the vessel is in a filthy condition, they will bring the vessel to the Station lor further examination. 5th. Pilots wilfullv violating the Quaran tine laws are subject to forleiture of their branch.
