The following Quarantine Regulations will be in force from and after the 1st oi June, 1873, until further notice : 1st. All vessels from Ports South of Cape Fear will come to at the Visiting Station near "Deep Water Point," and await the inspection of the Quarantine Physician. d. All vessels having sickness on board on arrival, or having had sickness during the voyage, are required to come to the Station for inspection, without regard to the Port from whence they sailed. 3d.
