Charles, Jim and Albert May, three colored gentle man were up before Squire Alston on .Wednesday charged with entering the cotton house of 3Ir. Jno G. King, and stealing therefrom a quanity of cotton. They were found guilty, but at this writing they have failed to give the bail required, they will therefore find their way to Warrenton or Raleigh jail, where they will remain until our next Superior Court.
