A lladical ne gro, name Lem Barnes, was arrested and brought before Justice Barnes on Monday for assaulting another negro, Willi 8 Siroms, because Sirams refused to vote the Radical Ticket. Baines was fined $25 and committed to jail for nonpayment of costs. Wilson Advance. Radical Row. We learn that somo low down negro kicked up a row at Marlboro, in Pitt county, with the whites last Friday. The result was three negroes got shot, before the dffi culty could be quelled. Two were only slightly wounded, the other seriously, though not dangerously. Wilson Advance. The report ot the census-taker of Buffalo shows what the people theie die of.
