railway. Wo have examined a minute
topographical map of this middle sec
tion prepared for a cci tain corporation.

all judicial 'power amoog the several
counties except that of the supreme
court, which is fixed by the constitu

6th Strikes out sections 1 and 2, of
article 13, and forbids calling a conven
tion witt out fiisi consulting the people
at tne polls.
7ih Provides for submitting the
amendments to th,e constitution to the
people, at the polls, Tuesday after the
1st Alt nday in November, 1876. The
amendments wiil be ratified or rejected
together.
8th Provides for publishing the or
