malt liquors sold in said county,
and that, if a majority of votes
cast be against license then there
shall be no license issued for the
sale of any kind of spirituous, vin
ous or malt liquors anywhere in
said county, but if a majority be
cast in favor of license then the
Couhty Commissioners of said
county may issue, license for sale
of said spirituous, vinous or malt
