Sec. 12. Upon the receipt of such notice it shall be the duty of the chairman of the County Democratic th state Executive Committee. The manner of ascertaining the choice of the Democratic electors for such can didates shall be one of the three method as follows: 1. By Precinct Meetings: 2. By Primary Election: 3. By County Convention (in mass) Provided, that unless the Execu tive Committee shall adopt the sec ond or third plan the first or pre cinct meeting plan shall be adopted. Sec. 13. That at said meeting the County Executive Committee may. in its discretion, also dieter mine the time and manner of nominating the candidates for legislative, county and township offices appointing the same day and method as determined for the selection of State and dis trict candidates; or it. may appoint a different day and method for leg islative, county and township candi dates. Sec. 14. In such counties as it may be determined to hold a Primary Elec .ion it shall be the duty of the coun ty chairman to immediately notny the State. Congressional, and Judicial chairmen of such decisions; where upon the respective chairmen of such committees shall furnish tickets to said county chairmen for all candi dates to be voted fof in said primary election for the resspective offices, and no additional tax or fee shall be charged against such candidates by the county committee. Sec. 15. That any person who wish es to become a candidate for any State.
