This is the ending of one of the most exciting trials ever held in this city, and is considered as a complete victory for The Obser ver Publishing Company. The suit grew out of an editor ial published in The Observer last June in answer to an editorial in The Presbyterian Standard. The witnesses on the part of The Observer comprised among its number many prominent men of the state. The people here are well satisfied with the result of the trial, as they feel that it was a matter that should never have gone to court. It is understood here that Mr. McKelway is to move to Atlanta shortly. The best way to rid the system of a cold is to evacuate the bowels.
