Mr. Miss Claudia Davis Entertain. Reported for The Robesonian. A highly enjoyed evening was one spent by a number of young folks at the home of Miss Claudia Davi3 Thursday evening last. The scheme of entertainment was animals. Each guest was given an animal to draw upon a black board, all others guessing what animal it was intended for. It wa3 loads of fun to see the various ideas of animals as they appeared upon the board. Bears si, - were DOD-cais ana raccoons were rabbits in this contest, no horned auimals had horns and 'possums had bushy tails. It was a puzzle to disturb the mind's eye and make us rather to for get those animals which we knew than to learn about those we knew not of. Miss Elizabeth Whitfield showed her knowledge of the "who's who and whys" of the amateur artist by winning the prize, having guessed the greatest number correctlv. Each boy then wrote a f ive- mmute essay on any animal he might select. Several spicy ones were handed in.especialy one by Mr. John Fuller on "Rats' .who "T?t)lA.,!,jHk. Mrs. E.
