Bick ett Issues Proclamation. ; Goyemor Bickett issued a proclamation Friday proclaim ing October 24th as Liberty Bond Day in North Carolina, in line with the recent procla mation of President Wilson, set ting apart this day for the en tire country. The day is to be a legal holiday. It is hoped that by that time the full amount allotted to Robeson $400, nnnwUV have been subscribed, and that sales can be boosted to an amount rvf the allotment. In the avont the amount has not been ob hv that time, it is confidently expected that any deficiency will then be made up. Robeson county cannot afford to fall behind its allotment.
